Affiliate disclosure
FontCubby makes money one way: the site owner is an affiliate of Creative Fabrica, a marketplace for fonts and craft files.
Which links are affiliate links
Only links to creativefabrica.com that carry the owner’s affiliate ID
(ref/6560000/) and a campaign name that starts with fontcubby- and names the page
the link is on, so the owner can see which pages are useful. For example, a link on the Halloween fonts page looks like this:

On every page that has such links:
- a short note next to the first one says they are affiliate links;
- the site footer repeats it on every page;
- the links are marked
rel="sponsored", which tells search engines they are paid links, and open in a new tab.

Links that are not affiliate links
Everything else: links to license texts, terms of service, pricing and help pages that serve as sources, links to the Google Fonts pages of the free fonts the tools use, and links between pages of this site. Nobody pays for them. That includes Creative Fabrica’s own license, terms and help pages when a page cites them as a source: those links go to the plain address, without the affiliate ID. FontCubby does not use Amazon Associates or any other affiliate program.
What the commission is
Under Creative Fabrica’s published affiliate terms, the affiliate gets 25% of the net amount of a single purchase or of a referred customer’s first subscription payment, then 20% of that customer’s later subscription payments for up to 24 months in a row. A purchase only counts if it happens within 90 days of the first click on an affiliate link.

What the commission doesn’t change
- The tools use only free, openly licensed fonts. You never need a Creative Fabrica account to use them.
- Facts about Creative Fabrica — prices, plans, license limits — come from its own published pages and are shown with their source, including the parts that are restrictions.
- There is no sponsorship deal and no paid placement: the only payment is the standard affiliate commission.
- There are no ratings, rankings or testimonials anywhere on the site.
Why this page exists
You should know when a link can earn someone money. US consumer-protection guidance says the same: according to the Federal Trade Commission, a commission relationship should be disclosed clearly and close to the link, not only on a separate page. That is why the note sits next to the links as well as here.
